The father and only parent of Beth Tezuka. Mr. Tezuka used to be the leader of the Courageous Battlers, which consisted of the Warriors' parents. For some reason, Mr. Tezuka disappeared and eventually fell under the influence of an intergalactic threat known as the "Aeon Worm". Mr. Tezuka was then given the name "Ralph Waldo Pickle Chips". After Beth saved him years later, he built a legion of hamsters to continue spreading his worship of the worm.
Mr. Tezuka respectfully belongs to Cartoon Hangover and Pendleton Ward.
